EJ shared the news in an interview on Entertainment Tonight this week and in another interview with People. According to the 22-year-old up-and-coming fashion icon:
“Weight is something that I’ve been struggling with for pretty much all of my life. The weight loss is really exciting."
After several popular diets failed to provide any permanent change, Magic Johnson's son says he
began considering gastric sleeve surgery – which makes the stomach smaller – two years ago.
"A lot of people think it's the easy way out, but it's not. It's a step in the right direction, just a big push. I feel very mature, kind of in the right place for it and I'm very ready to look cute. The surgery is a huge deal for me and it will certainly be a positive change."EJ received the gastric sleeve surgery in early August, shortly after second season filming of his reality series' "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" wrapped up. He says he’ll discover his ideal weight on his weight loss journey, and hopes he’ll achieve his desired result within a year. Kudos to him.
